Our Client Services Coordinator provides seniors with resources to stay independent and healthy:

• Referrals for food, housing, energy assistance
• Assistance finding in-home services
• Help with medical issues
• Senior Companions
• Assistance with finances and bill paying
• Sign up for home-delivered meals
• Information on low income medical plans
• Project Alert—a check on seniors in bad weather
• Arrangements for transportation to appointments.
 

 

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LOAN PROGRAM

  we loan out equipment without restriction to seniors and disabled in the Canby area – no insurance or other criteria to be met.

 

 

SENIOR HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS

Trained volunteers help with Medicare, supplemental plans, Prescription Plan D and reduced premiums.

TRANSPORTATION

Our 14-passenger bus picks up seniors from home and brings them to activities at the Center four days a week. Trips to the store and other appointments must be prearranged.


VOLUNTEER DRIVERS

Trained & screened volunteer drivers transport seniors in their personal vehicles to destinations in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah counties.

DAY OUTINGS

Seniors go on trips to places of interest around the Pacific Northwest twice a month.
